New Yorker in the Tropics

This is my take on a New York Sour minus the egg white. Perfectly Cordial caramelized pineapple coconut water takes this classic cocktail straight to the tropics. I love to make this in winter when I am really ready to go on a vacation but my schedule will not let me be great.

INGREDIENTS

To serve:

Place Caraneized Pineapple/Coconut water and Bourbon or Whiskey in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice. Shake well and strain into glass filled with ice. Use a bar spoon to lightly float the red wine on top.

Tip:

1.Because each mixture has a different density, this cocktail will have a layered appearance that guest love.
2. I love the new single serve wine with screwable tops, Grab 1 of these if you are making only a couple of cocktails and don’t want to have left over wine.
