| OPERATIONS MANAGER - PART-TIME (20 HRS-30 HRS A WEEK) | - APPLY TODAY!

We are looking for someone to join us in one of the fastest growing  beverage companies in the south, Perfectly Cordial

This position is perfect for the candidate looking to learn and grow with a female based start up. With a passion for locally owned businesses, consumer packaged goods, and those looking to work in a dynamic and stimulating environment. This is also a position with plenty of room to grow your role as we grow our team! 

The team member we are looking for has a great attention to details, can think independently and creatively, has a strong work ethic, is adaptable, has a positive attitude, and is a great communicator. Experience with startup operations and food and beverage is also plus.

    • JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
      • Build out SOP’s for wholesale, ecommerce , and production
      • Manage all day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
      • Communicate with current wholesale clients for reorders
      • Communicate with market team members efficiently 
      • Inventory management and ordering of all supplies
      • Grow with our company into potential full time role
      • Perform additional operational responsibilities as needed 
    • QUALIFICATIONS:
      • 1-year experience in a fast-paced and growing environment.
      • Great organizational skills and capacity to perform duties under deadline 
      • Awesome time management, consistency, and integrity 
      • Capacity to work in autonomy and in a fast-paced environment 
      • Ability to work outside when needed and lifting up to 50 lb for outdoor activations.
    • TYPICAL SCHEDULE - Part-time available (20-30 hrs a week)
  • Work from home position with some in person meetings
    •
    • Hours may vary depending on activity throughout the year. However, this position is very independent and we schedule in person meetings in advance to fit everyone's schedule.

     

    • COMPENSATION:
      From $17 to $25/hour based on experience + company perks including 25% on all your Perfectly Cordial orders,

    | FARMERS MARKET STAFF - PART-TIME |

    We are looking for a person interested in selling Perfectly Cordial at our weekly Farmers’ Market booth special event pop up markets. If you enjoy creating community and bringing smiles to people’s faces this could be the job for YOU! 

    It’s ideal for energetic individuals looking for a seasonal part-time position (May-December) with potential for growth.

    Our new team member is reliable, excited to learn, has fantastic customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. Interest in French or European/multicultural cuisine is definitely a plus.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Transport and set up/tear down market equipment.
    • Serve customers, handle payments, and represent Perfectly Cordial at different Farmer’s Markets and events during the year.
    • Be creative about product displays and leave customers with a great experience!
    • Share input and collaborate with the team on potential new products to bring, inventory, etc.
    • QUALIFICATIONS:
      • Great organizational skills and capacity to perform duties under deadlines.
      • Awesome time management, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
      • Capacity to work in autonomy and in a fast-paced environment.
      • Ability to stand for extended periods of time and must be able to lift 50 lbs from floor to chest as well as standing for approximatively 5 hours at a time.
      • Reliable transportation to/from your market.
    • TYPICAL SCHEDULE - 10/15 hours per week
      We customize your schedule with your availability and plan together several weeks ahead so you can have the same schedule on a weekly basis (no work on Sunday).

    Our FARMERS MARKETS are scheduled on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday. We are looking for somebody able to work 2 to 3 markets a week (between 10 and 15 hours a week) with a priority for our Saturday market at this time.

    > This position is seasonal from April to October with opportunities to continue throughout the year.

    • COMPENSATION:
      $15 + tips       + company perks including:
      • Retention bonus at the end of the market season,  
      • Team appreciation events, etc.
